Player Commendation exclusive weapon equivalent to a Themis' Tongue .Can be enchanted by using PC exclusive enchant weapon scrolls. Increases Max MP by 30% and increases damage inflicted during PvP. Cannot be exchanged, dropped, or crystallized. Cannot be granted additional functions.
