Icarus Disperser - Confusion {PvP} Weapon

Masterwork Item that increases evasion. It can bestow one of the following three functions, Focus, Evasion, or Critical Damage. Increases damage inflicted during PvP. Has a chance of canceling more than 1 of a target's enhanced status, or of decreasing a target's Shield Defense during an attack.
