Ancient Power Sealed Cloak. When the entire set of Vesper Noble is worn, the Sealed Cloak Slot will be open and one can now wear the cloak. The cloak is exclusively for Healer, Enchanter, Summoner and Wizard excluding Kamaels. Enchantment, special abilities and augmentation are not possible. Cannot be exchanged or dropped.
