Player Commendation exlusive weapon equivalent to a Demon Splinter. Can be enchanted with PC exclusive weapon enchant scrolls. Increases Critical Rate by 80 and increases damage inflicted during PvP. Cannot be exchanged, dropped, or crystallized. Cannot be granted additional functions.
